300 Chrysler Srt - Many were disappointed with Chrysler's decision to make the 2023 Chrysler 300C powered by the 6.4 liter (392 cu in) SRT HEMI V8 rather than the supercharged HELLCAT HEMI V8. And while Chrysler hasn't officially built any Chrysler 300 SRT HELLCATs for the public, there are a handful of creative folks out there who have modified HELLCAT powerplants into Chrysler 300s.

One of these builders Khal_SRT has the process down to a science. The meticulous attention to detail makes it some of the best construction work, so much so that you might even think they pulled off the Brampton Assembly Plant line.

And parts have become harder and harder to find cars due to the constant demand for parts during the pandemic. When gift cars are available, it continues to create vehicles for some customers who are looking for something different.

At $40,000, Does This Modded 2008 Chrysler 300 Srt 8 Have You Asking, What The Hellcat?

His latest creation is amazing. Using the Pentastar V6-powered Chrysler 300 as a base, Dodge provided the Charger SRT HELLCAT Redeye with the necessary components (engine, transmission, suspension, engine accessories, and interior) to turn it into a full-fledged SRT HELLCAT Redeye.

Painted in gloss black, the car is highlighted with yellow accents (front spoiler, SRT bike text insert, seat belts, brake pads and HELLCAT logo with yellow eyes) that would make Batman's alter ego Bruce Wayne proud. (true Batman fans will get this expression)

To further differentiate the car, as if the HELLCAT Redeye powertrain wasn't enough, the hood was cut to allow for a Plexiglas insert in the middle to identify the 2.7-liter IHI supercharger.

However, this 797 hp 300 is amazing. Its new owner should be very happy as it is sure to get a lot of attention on the street.

Could The Chrysler 300c Srt Return For 2016?

Chrysler will honor its remaining fleet order with the NSW Police Highway Patrol, but that deal ends in December 2021 when Australian certification for the Chrysler 300 SRT expires at the end of this year.

The Chrysler 300 SRT became the last sub-$70,000 V8 sedan sold in Australia when the Ford Falcon went out of production in 2016 and the Holden Commodore V8 ended in 2017.

Last year, Chrysler released a limited Pacer version of the 300 SRT, noting that other models are dealer-only.

Even that arrangement has since expired, however, and you can only sell cars that are still in stock in a showroom.

Here's What We Love About The 2022 Chrysler 300

Although V8s had been sold in Australia in various forms since before the 1950s, the first Australian-designed V8s were introduced by Valiant in 1965, Ford in 1966 and Holden in 1968.

The end of the line for the Chrysler 300 SRT means there are no more new V8 sedans for sale under $70,000 after a run of more than 50 years.

Audi, BMW and Mercedes still use V8s in some high-end luxury and performance cars. And currently, the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Nissan Patrol, and Toyota LandCruiser 4WD engines retain V8 power.

Chrysler 300 Review: 2015 Chrysler 300 Srt

The Chrysler 300 SRT Hellcat has been on the wish lists of many enthusiasts since the Dodge//SRT Hellcat models debuted in 2015. And since Chrysler didn't answer the call, some are lucky to get their hands on a Hellcat. powertrain, has changed for 300 years.

One of the best deals we've seen has appeared on eBay! last weekend. What started out as the 2017 Chrysler 300S, has now been transformed into an all-around performance machine. According to the seller, the donor car was a company car in a hot and dry climate and was never privately owned before its conversion. The conversion would take 18 months to complete. The car is now a fully functional Chrysler 300 SRT Hellcat, with a full SRT Hellcat drivetrain.

While some may think 707 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. The torque would be plenty for most, the owner has upped the ante by adding a Stage 1 upper pulley and injection package along with an upgraded fuel system. Thanks to tuning by Hemituner Performance and DiabloSport, the car has 730 horsepower and 700 lb.-ft. of torque to the rear wheels on the Dyno.

The owner says the car runs on 93 octane premium unleaded fuel but could make a lot more power with a barrel of E85.

Chrysler 300 Srt Core Review (video)

Power isn't the only thing that's upgraded over the standard SRT Hellcat model. The car is lowered by 1 inch thanks to adjustable coilovers, which allows the car to have a much lower stance without tire friction. The car also features OEM-style Widebody wheels wrapped in NITTO 275 555G2 rubber up front and 305 555RII rubber in the rear. The car also features a 300 SRT grille from the 6.4 liter HEMI V8s found in the Middle East and Australia, LED headlights, an active hood and tinted windows. The car also has the Hellcat's SRT Laguna full leather seats.

EBay! The listing says the donor car had about 40,000 miles, but the Hellcat powertrain only had 10,000 miles at the time of the restoration. Since then, the current owner has put about 1,000 miles on the car since the conversion was completed.

The auction will continue until Monday, July 25, 2022. To view the complete listing, please Click here.

The Chrysler 300 SRT might be just the ticket. Shame FCA stopped selling it here in 2015. But you can still find one in other parts of the world. Like in Australia, for example, where he recently introduced the special edition you see here.

The Hellcat 300 That Chrysler Should Have Built Is Up For Grabs

The new Chrysler 300 SRT Pacer Edition celebrates the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Chrysler Valiant Pacer, a monumental muscle car sold by the Pentastar brand Down Under half a century ago.

Limited to just 50 examples, the Pacer Edition is a largely cosmetic package, with black and red graphics and special Pacer 392 badges inside and out that indicate (in cubic inches) the size of the engine under the hood. And that's where things get interesting.

Since US customers can get the 300C or 300S with the Hemi V8, it displaces "only" 5.7 liters to produce 363 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque. The 300 SRT is still available overseas, on which this version is based, however, it packs a big 6.4-liter Hemi, making 470 horsepower and the same amount of torque.

That may not have as much punch as the closely related Charger SRT Hellcat we get here, but it's more than the Charger R/T and almost as much as the R/T Scat Pack's 485 horsepower. In fact, it's more muscular than any version of the Chrysler 300 still available in America, and more powerful than almost all of these
